Nice shop, very friendly guys. Had my brothers clock fixed and this was our pick up and drop off place. These guys know who to go for help with antique watches, clocks and custom jewelry. Small unique nicely lit, easy to get to.

Ken is absolutely amazing, incredibly patient, and extremely talented. He was able to repair and update a cocktail ring I had inherited, and ultimately transformed it into the most beautiful wedding ring. He also helped my spouse select an ideal wedding band - we could not be happier. Ken can also design and create unique pieces using techniques that few jewelers possess. I hate sounding cliche, but Ken is the true gem in the store.

I am so pleased with the job Ken did providing some TLC and restoration on my wedding set that has been well worn for over 20 years. Other jewelers priced the repair at up to 10 times what Ken charged and estimated a much longer timeline to complete the repair. One jeweler even recommended "retiring" the set and purchasing new. I am so thankful I stumbled upon Old Way Heirloom Design in desperation, through a google search.

My Wife and I went to Ken to have her Wedding ring made. Everyone there were great to work with. When we were done My Wife had a ring that was exactly what she wanted and more. As long as he is in the Jewelry business we will not go anywhere else!

I needed a simple bail made for my pendant. First I went to CC Jewelers in TC and their quote on it was insultingly ridiculous.Ken hooked me up for a much more reasonable price. Bail looks great I'm very happy with it.
