Look no further in your search for an irrigation company! I had a relatively simple irrigation repair needed after unexpected excavation on my property severed sprinkler water lines. Every company I called did not have an opening for a service tech to come out for at least 2 months!! Kathy at Northern went above and beyond to help me out. Best part is she called me back to schedule a service appointment within 2 weeks. And the tech was fantastic - he arrived early, also went above and beyond the needed repair, checked each zone of the system and repaired some worn heads. Just had Scott Doriot and his team put in a new irrigation system. They were on time and did a fantastic job. But the BEST part was follow-up. We needed them to come back and move a couple sprinkler heads. DONE. Then we had a couple smaller heads that didn’t quite work right. REPLACED. Plus, they set up our watering time for our hydro seeded lawn. Northern Sprinkler went above and beyond. Love supporting this family owned business!

Very disappointed. I called on a Saturday to schedule a quote for sprinkler system. Very excited about doing this. Called several places Two called back right away - same day! This company called back Monday (which is fine) and said they couldn’t schedule a quote until April. When I told gal that I had two others coming this week then she called me back and scheduled me for tomorrow am. We are “new” to doing this so I asked for them to “please bring proof of insurance” as I do with any contractor I hire. ?. Then the owner Scott told her to tell me to forget it - because why? Because I asked for proof of ins? Said he was in biz for 20 years and nobody ever asked before! We are not new to this area but we don’t KNOW everyone! Very disappointing to be treated this way.

Unfortunately, I have no choice of who plows my driveway.. its up to my property manager but I wish they would find a different company. I have had to call into work on a few different occasions because I could not make it out of my driveway. I almost got stuck trying to leave for work this morning and I got stuck coming into my driveway tonight when I got home. Just because its a weekend and your business isnt open, doesnt mean that other people dont need to go places. My car is currently so beyond stuck, its ridiculous. So it looks like I will be calling in to work tomorrow. I should make your plow guy shovel my car out since he can't seem to come plow when we get a ton of snow...

Northern Sprinkler Systems & Snowplowing is a "Five Star" company with "Five Star" services. They installed my underground irrigation system at my house 15 years ago, it works perfectly. They also do an amazing job snow plowing for me. They are always there when needed to provide a great service with great integrity. They are the best!

Scott and his crew are absolutely fantastic! They came in and installed a rain bird underground sprinkler system at our Home in Traverse City.His guys Ben and Patrick were super cool because they let my three young sons follow them around while they were installing drip lines for the bushes and flowers.If you are looking for the best underground sprinkler system installation company- you found them right here.
