I missed an appointment with Ms. Moore, as I had misread my calendar. I apologized profusely, as that is very atypical of me. I scheduled another appointment for the next Friday afternoon. I live 50 minutes away, so the time it took, as well as the gas I used was considerable. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time, only to find the office to be locked, and no lights on. I waited 10 minutes, called the office, left a message, then waited 10 more minutes and called again, when I stated that I was leaving. Fast forward to Monday, 3 days later, and Ms. Moore called me, with the remark that she had received my message. No apology, just that I could reschedule if I wanted to. When I reminded her of the facts stated above, she simply stated that she had been called for “Grandma duty” and left, forgetting to check her calendar! That should have been the red flag, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for last Wednesday. Unbelievably, upon arrival 10 minutes early, her office was again locked and dark. I waited again, for 15 minutes and called and left another message. Today, 3 days later, no call from Ms. Moore. I cannot believe the rudeness, the unprofessional behavior, and total lack of respect from a “seasoned” business owner! I would give this business a zero, on a 1-10 scale!!
