Less than satisfactory experience with this company. This was on a 2018 truck that had a good condition bed and lights to be resold. Yes the flat bed was bolted down nicely and squared up to the truck but there is a lot more to installing a bed properly than just bolting it down. That is why we hired them and didn't do it ourselves. The rest was less than desirable. First thing we notice is that it smelled like their employees had been smoking in the truck. When we pulled up to pick up the truck, I noticed the old bed was placed on the new flat bed. They completely disregarded the fact that there were hard formed mud flaps on the bed when setting it down, and crushed them. I noticed one tail light was removed improperly and had a broken tab on it. We had a flat bed identical to this installed by another trailer company before and had nightmare's with it. We knew the potential issues from that experience and addressed concerns with this company before choosing them to do the work. They assured us the electrical would have zero issues. Immediately we noticed the typical fast flashing LED turn signals that they did not even attempt to address. The fuel filler neck on this truck does not have a screw in cap, but has a small hinged flat door that open when pushing the fuel pump nozzle against it to fill. This is unacceptable to be exposed to the elements. It will allow, water, ice, salt, dirt, etc. to get into the fuel system. Upon further inspection, we noticed the trailer hitch was only bolted down on the front. They said the hardware was with the truck to fasten it down the rest of the way. The hardware was lacking the nuts needed so we had to buy new bolts and nuts to finish the job they should have done in the first place. We will no longer use any trailer sales companies to install vehicle related things. Save yourself the headaches and use a company that specializes in truck beds and not trailers.

Stopped in without an appointment. We were on the road and lost trailer lights. Steve worked for two hours on our car to find and fix the problem! Super service!

Friendly AND very accommodating. After seeking a replacement cap for my boat trail wheel bearings and coming up empty I was referred here by a local auto part supplier. Not only did the Friendly counter associate take me in when others were too busy, they called me to say come pick it up all set right away. I reached for my wallet to pay and she said no charge it was no effort to pop a cap on. Walking away I was suprized since you don't find many companies these days that would do this. Thanks so much!

Got my 20’ car hauler lights rewired, bearings replaced and brakes connected. Drove 3500 miles days after picking it up and held up like a champ. A little pricey if you ask me but you get what you pay for.

Spent days searching for mounting hardware for a trailer jack, they hooked me up with parts on hand, free of charge. Made my day, will definitely be shopping there again!!

I called to see if they could take care of all my trailer needs, mount and balance tires and repack wheel bearings. They don't mount and balance tires but the lady on the phone was so incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction for a one stop shop! If I can't get it all done someplace else I will absolutely be using this business!

Lost a prices hub cap and all the bearing grease on my boat trailer. I was concerned about my trip back to lower Michigan. Steve got me in and back on the road without hesitation.
