Rented tuxes for my wedding through this Mens Wearhouse. They were great the entire process. Especially kind and willing to assist when I forgot to return my tux before honeymoon. 100% Would recommend to anyone who needs to get a wedding party set up, especially when it’s people coming from different locations.

I needed a jacket for a wedding. The staff was very prompt, helpful and efficient in assisting me. The jacket that I preferred was not in my size and was ordered from the warehouse in a quick process and delivered to my home in two days.

Called to find the status of our order, as a groomsmen was already informed that his tux was ready for pickup but ours (the grooms) has had no communication regarding status. The associates pickup and don’t greet you. They just tell you they’re placing you on “a brief hold” which has now gone over 22 minutes. We have VERY different views when it comes to the meaning of “brief” ? very unprofessional unless you’re standing in front of them.If you only have questions about your order, call the 800 number. You’ll be greeted, transferred (if necessary), and have your issue solved before this location will even come back to the phone. After 20 years in customer service myself… this is unacceptable. Do better TC. Ya’ll need more training!

Great service. We didn't make an appointment and were just going to browse and try on men's suits for our wedding. Well worth it to go in. The saleswoman was professional, nice and spent time with us as we tried on. Would highly recommend checking them out if you're lost in the suit department!

Mens wearhouse had 3 weeks to get our tuxedos ready for the 1st of the month, we came in 2 days before to “pickup” and nothing fit. Came in on the 1st (the day of wedding) and some clothing items were still not fitting. But obviously had no time to attend the problems as we were 5 hrs from wedding time. I do appreciate everyone who was helping and understanding of the stress we had.

I literally walked in and started getting fitted, and I was abandoned by my salesman halfway through. I told them I didn’t know what I was doing and I needed a suit and figured they’d help me. Nope. I’ll never come back. And your prices are way different online.
