“Went to The Buckle in GT Mall the Saturday before Christmas. Was looking for larger sizes for a gift. Store Manager Lee was incredibly helpful, gave me a bunch of suggestions and helped me pick out what I wanted. The store was very busy with customers but the entire staff was happy and pleasantly helping all of us. Great store that I will shop in again!”
“I like the fact that they carry larger size clothing. Seems most stores these days only go up to a 2xl, and once it's washed it doesn't fit anymore. They have a nice variety of stuff. Staff has been very friendly and helpful each time I've visited. Nothing negative so far.”
“I received the most wonderful service from Kim at Macy’s this past Thursday. Not only was she friendly and courteous, Kim cared enough to “go the extra mile”.
I was in a hurry as I stopped to pay my Macy’s bill. Kim’s registrar did not read my check properly so she volunteered to go to another register and try to process the payment. Then, Kim called me when the transaction was complete and additionally, volunteered to send the payment stub to my home!
In the meantime, I had left the store to get to my meeting on time!

“They advertise that they have a mens section. It is barely three racks.But then they replied to me and apologized for not having mens clothing racks. They promptly changed their label to say womens clothing only. So I changed my rating to five stars.”
“Not only are the staff super kind but the lengths that they went through to help me find a specific pin... you don’t get that kind of customer service everywhere. Didn’t get their names but, they were sooo nice!! Walked out with some super cool stuff along the way!”
“Store was super clean. Staff were friendly. I was offered a bag to shop with. Fitting rooms were clean and no wait to get into the fitting room. Slight line at cash register but that is to be expected shopping prime time on the weekend. Cashier called for back up once the line got to 3 people.”
