This is as good as it gets for service. Responsive, very polite, efficient, in and out with no hassles! There are those that talk the story about service after the sale and those that deliver. This is an outfit that delivers! I highly recommend McCardel Culligan of Traverse City for all your water and filtration needs and services!

From start to finish I have been extremely thrilled with this company. Starting with Bryan for the consultation and recommendations on what to get installed, then Erik And TJ, doing the installation, and the office staff with a couple follow-up questions. Everyone has been extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Would recommend to anybody I know. 10 out of 10!

McCardel Culligan of Traverse City did an amazing install for us. The water is noticeable better and this was immediate. I want to thank the entire staff from General Manager Paul, Licensed Water Specialist Lance and the guys that do the heavy lifting, the installers, Eric and TJ. Appreciate all the work and off course appreciate the great water. Thank you!!

Really amazing company but for some reason lately anytime I have to speak to them they are condescending as can be. This wasn't how it was when I started business with them. It doesn't matter the circumstances or confusion, your customers are not toddlers and don't deserve to spoken to as such. I do appreciate the good service before this though but even if I had been 100% wrong personally this treatment alone was probably enough to end my business relationship with Mccardel. Thanks for the memories.
