I took my ring in to tighten up a prong.
Paul offered to let me pick it up the next day, even though he was closed that next day. I didn’t want to mess up his day off so I opted to wait.
When I picked it up he explained what he did to it and if it happened again what he would do differently.
THEN he didn’t charge me!!
I would recommend him to anyone, and will!!

I took my vintage watch in for a couple links to be added to the bracelet. They did a great job and was able to get me in right away. I drove over a hour to get there and we’ll worth the drive. Great customer service and work. I highly recommend stopping in.
