We used this firm for a number of years. Last year my wife had a question about estates and taxes. She called them but we weren't at the right level of service so they never answered her question. Then we received a bill for something around $50.00. So this year we switched to a different accountant. I received a bill for $65.00 from Manville and Schell for filing an extension I never asked them to file. The new accountant found a $40,000.00 (yup forty thousand dollar)

It is very helpful to be able to call someone to get an immediate answer to whatever my problem of the moment is, especially someone I trust. The representatives at Manville & Schell have always been very helpful with quickbooks, bookkeeping, and tax related issues.
