This review is for Macy's online customer service. They are horrible to deal with. Every single time I've ever had to call them, I get people who don't speak English. When I kindly ask to speak to a manager they transfer me to a credit department and it hangs up the call. Then I call back and get the same person who doesn't speak English and the cycle starts all over again. I've called back 5 times and still don't have any resolution! Love Macy's products but won't be shopping there anymore due to very poor customer service online. For a big department store like that, they should at least have people that can speak English answering their phones. How is that considered customer service when you can't understand someone and they can't understand you?

Eileen in the women's plus department was incredibly helpful as I looked for an outfit for a job interview. She's a great asset to the store. The outfits she suggested are ADORABLE!

I went to Macy’s this morning (4/3/19) to get two dress shirts and a tie. I walked into the men’s department, and the salesperson asked if I need help, I said, “Yes, I need a blue dress shirt, a white dress shirt, and a black tie”. I even knew the size and cut that I needed. First the sales person started digging through the black shirts, I reminded her that I was looking for a blue and a white shirt. Ladies of all sizes shop!! Found the plus-size department located in the baby section. The plus-size dept doesn't even have a dress available! I guess anyone over a size 14 is pretty much not a valued customer!!
