If something is in stock and you order for curbside pickup, you will not get your items necessarily. If there's low stock, they will order you something and you will have to wait. They will not give you what they have in stock. I don't understand that point of convenience curveside Pick up when you can't even get your items. You're better off to go in the store yourself.

Decided to give Lowes, after my order and delivery disaster 7 years ago, and try another order. I ordered a mower on 5/21/24, website available on 5/28/24. Shortly after ordering I was notified it would not be available until 6/1/24. Then on 5/25/24 was contacted there was another delay until 6/4/24. My order said pick up today,so rented a trailer to pick it up. I called Traverse City Lowes to see when I could pick it up. Automated system said my mower was not at the store. I asked for an associate to which the call timed out with no one answering the phone. I noticed my order went to in transit pick up today. I called again a couple hours later, asked the female about my order, she hung up on me.
Waited a couple hours and called as I was picking up kids from school. This time a male voice answered and asked him when it was due and he hung up on me also. I won't order anything from Lowes again, after 7 years they went down hill from my last disastrous order.

For such a large store, it is incredible how they manage to never have anything I need. The store is filled with empty boxes (especially when looking for pex fittings) and not an employee in sight to ask questions. If you have a home repair job, you will find about half of what you need before having to head to Ace or Home Depot to fill in the remaining items. Of course, if your goal is to outfit your car with the latest smart lighting, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Customer service non existent. Ordered a window, told 6 weeks to delivery. 8 weeks still no window...questioned store and was told will be here tomorrow...one week later...nope can't find it. After having a melt down it was like a Christmas miracle..window found, they forgot to call us! Will not be ordering from here in the future.

Worst experiences, both times I've bought large items here. Promised to mail a product they were out of but never di, so I had to drive over an hour each way to pickup the item. Will never shop at this location again.
Thank you Lowe's for your reply. Unfortunately, when I drove in the second time, my intent was to speak with the manager. However, your employees told me they "can't find her" and laughed. , there is o no need to reach out to you again, and my review stands.
