I love tiny cute used bookstores and this one is up there with the best I've ever visited. It's small, cute, and filled with interesting titles.

Beautiful little gem. The books are arranged neatly. I love the ambiance, fireplace and how cozy it is. The staff was so friendly too. Recommended place to visit for secondhand books!!

Charming book store. Great collection of vintage books.
Landmark Books, Traverse City’s premier used bookshop is located in the historic Traverse State Hospital. The shop specializes in classic literature, poetry, Michigania and autographed editions. The store is owned by Paul Stebleton, a book collector and published author who began collecting books in college. It opened in 2013. Landmark Books also published broadsides, postcards and chapbooks under the Squirrel Cane Press imprint. They also offer a number of services including shipping and appraisal services for a nominal fee. For those dreaming of a home library, Landmark Books can also build your personal library.
