“Sandra Bargiel is a talented designer who created a gorgeous kitchen design for my northern home. It's the kitchen I was dreaming about for 20 years! She has wonderful contacts for cabinetry and finishes and was easy to work with. Sandra also had the perfect suggestions for the large addition we were building. We now have a home we love!”
“We have driven past this place many a time and we would both say "we need to stop in and look," FINALLY today we did a turn-a-round and came in. It was well worth our time!
This place has three buildings to visit and yes-the ice cream place is one of them. The building behind the ice cream place has more contemporary style furniture, ceiling lighting, and wall art. They have a sample swatch rack for rug selection. I loved the framed white horse art that was displayed in this building right as you enter.
The main building is huge! I LOVED just about everything in there and took lots of photos so you can really get a feel for this store, so take time to look through the photos.
They have ramps instead of stairs to go to the lower level. The bathrooms are super nice and they are down a small hall.
The people are very nice in here. The employees in both furniture buildings greeted us and had a short conversation with us.
There is a playground outside for kids.”
“Did they take 7 months to deliver furniture that they said they would deliver in 3? Yes. Did they communicate with me throughout the entire process and try everything in their power to help our situation? Also yes. We finally got our furniture that we ordered in March this week and honestly, it's even better than expected. The quality is amazing and the pieces are incredibly beautiful! If you have patience and understanding, this furniture is well worth the wait! The customer service we received from the ******** location was fantastic.”
“I love home decor and kitchen gadgety things so Peppercorn is one of my favorite places to browse whenever I'm in Traverse City. They also have a pretty nice variety of foodstuffs like snacks, jams, candy, etc and other packaged edible goods. Some of the makers are local to Michigan, but they also carry things from out of state. The style of the kitchen and home decor they carry typically trends towards the more colorful and whimsical (which is 100% my vibe) though they do carry some more neutral options for the more minimalist shoppers out there. Whenever I visit I usually pick up one or two items (like a cute dish towel or one of their small prep bowls) for the home and a couple of their packaged pantry goods like a fancy mustard or jam. Oh, and they also have a Moomer's Ice Cream counter which makes it even more of an essential stop for us when we're in the area.”
