Can’t recommend John’s Marine enough. As mentioned in numerous other comments, 6/5 would be an appropriate rating. John’s Marine has been winterizing and servicing my boat for several years now. Pricing is very fair, service is very timely and he communicates incredibly well.

6 stars would be a more appropriate rating. They diagnosed a complicated fuel injection issue and handled the repair at an extremely fair price. Plus got some of the work covered by boat manufacturer warranty on a 14 year old boat. Also discovered a trailer bearing issue that saved a side of the road repair. They winterize, store and maintain this 15+ year customer’s boat.Services: Boat trailer service

I brought in a 1994 stern drive Chris Craft with an overheated engine. John was able to get me in way before anyone else. He was friendly, had great communication, and had the repair done on the low side of his estimate and sooner than he hoped. There was an issue with the new thermostat he installed and he took care of it no problem. I have recommended this place to several friends already

Dropped off my 9.9 mercury because it kept bogging down and stalling out.they had it for months, once it was “fixed”I took it out to the lake. And immediately did the same exact thing. I took it right back in. They apologized and said they’d make it right. I got it back, and still does the exact same thing. Wouldn’t recommend.Service: Engine repair

This is a first class business. John is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice for me, as my boat was running horribly. The mechanic Jeff was obviously very capable. My performance boat was repaired quickly and at a very fair price. They investigated the problems I had, did repairs right the first time, and now my boat runs GREAT again. Highly recommended!

One of the best places to take your boat/motor for service. Friendly, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Regardless of what you need, they can do it. From spring readiness, to winterizations they do ut all.

John is the best Mercruiser mechanic in town. Have had him work on several of my boats and engines and he does excellent work with a great attitude. Everyone at his shop is top-notch. The only knock I have with him is that he's the busiest shop around, so it may take awhile. But worth the wait.

John has even bailed me out a few times when doing my own repairs has gotten me in over my head.I would recommend him and his crew for anything marine.
