Order was placed incorrectly. I contact immediately after placing this order to have the address changed, or canceled so i could edit and re-order. They advised me to call Fed Ex and change the address. Fed Ex states that Joann's knows only the shipper can change this information. I reached back out and asked again for this order to be canceled or the address changed as it was still processing. Joann's refused to edit this information or cancel my order. Worst customer service ever. For a company who is filling for bankrupt, it is clear why your company is struggling.

oh my God this place is so disgusting. I highly recommend going outside behind the building if you have to use the bathroom....And what the hell was that that rang me up at the register?

People are really helpful and friendly. Stock is good for certain things like quilting and fleece. Not such good stock for specialty fabrics. Fun seasonal items. Prices are decent with coupons.
