I first heard about Jim the Mattress Guy/Affordable Mattress online and watched his videos. I admit I was skeptical because I'd never had a straightforward, relaxed mattress shopping experience. I found it impossible to comparison shop before & now I understand why.
I went into the simple showroom and was warmly greeted by Kathi, who answered my questions and encouraged me to take my time. She gave me information but never tried to persuade me in any direction. I loved the relaxed experience. I actually fell asleep briefly on the mattress I ended up buying. Kathi handled the transaction, quick delivery arrangements, and follow up with kindness and professionalism. I recommend Kathi and Affordable Mattress to anyone who wants to save money & have a great experience.

I just moved to traverse city from out of state and needed a mattress for my guest bedroom. Kathi was very helpful in picking out a mattress that best suited my needs and she even gave some great recommendations on things to do around the city. Definitely recommend!
