Rude old woman hair stylist. Start working out and retire. If you can’t treat customers with respect then get out of customer service. Talking to a child like that is disgusting. And messing up his hair that bad. Are you sure you’re even licensed ?

I came in a few months ago with broken bleached burned hair. I gone to a salon that I wasn’t familiar with and it was horrible. My hair was breaking and falling out. I just had it in a hat and a ponytail. I came in to get a haircut for my son, the lady that was checking us out asked me if I needed help with my hair and I just about cried because I did but I was terrified at that moment she said she has someone that she trusted she knew that would could do something for me so she put me with Andrea and she took me from what was beyond repair back to almost completely healthy again I am very grateful. She took me from orange and white to the first picture slowly cutting off the dead to my natural color!

Did not realize it was $50.00 to basically get a hair trim (which is $25 just for bangs). I could have done this myself and it would be better. My mother and I will not be coming back. She has been upset with her hair for at least a month from there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Booked appt online for a “two step process” with haircut for $120.00. My highlight/low light was not considered a two step process I was told AFTER the appt. I was charged $255 (including tip) and did not get the color I was expecting. They charge you extra for long hair (mine is barely shoulder length) and for toner without divulging the extra charges. What can you do AFTER the services are completed?! The stylist was new and she even looked shocked by the cost (the manager rung it up). Why could they not tell you the total prior to the appt? Some of us budget!!!! Also, being the stylist was new, I sat in the chair for 45 minutes before she started as she couldn’t find the colors. I do not blame her for this, rather lack of training from mgmt. I will NEVER use this salon again. $255 for something that didn’t even turn out close to what I asked for.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Went in for eyebrow and lip waxing, got part way home and was looking in the rear view mirror, the natural light shows everything. There was a lot of sticky wax stuff and a lot of hair that was simply missed. Also the lady doing the waxing dropped wax on my sling ( had surgery and in a sling, can't pluck it myself) she wiped it but it didn't come off, by the time I got home my hair was stuck in it too ? I called and explained that I was almost home and would not come back so the manager could take a look. She said sorry, can't help you without looking at it.I didn't ask for my money back but maybe a coupon or something for my next appointment. She wasn't having any of it. So I guess I'm finding a new place. I have been going there for years.

Very rude staff. I had to call to reschedule a appointment and the girl who answered didn't even say "hold on a minute" or anything she just left me waiting for 5 minutes where I was finally greeted by a manager. The few times I have went I spent a lot of money and it was never what I asked for. And i asked for the same thing everytime. Despite hearing lots of people saying not to go and the bad reviews I still went (my mistake) but I will not be returning.Services: Hair colouring

My daughter had layers put in here and I was not impressed at ALL. nit whshe asked for AND they didn't bother to even blow dry or style her hair before they pushed her out, so she could actually SEE if it turned out well
