Theresa was my tax advisor and she was great!! I’ve been having issues the past couple years with someone claiming my son, so I was really concerned it would happen again. They got me in within an hour of calling!! Theresa informed me if I waited about 20 minutes after I filed they could tell me whether or not my son had already been claimed (I don’t know anything about tax preparation but that’s essentially how I understood it). While I waited we just started to chat about our families etc. and she was so friendly and kind! Everything worked out great and it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!! Thanks Theresa, you made my day!!

This office is very friendly, family oriented. They are caring of their clients and professional while preparing your taxes.I would recommend anyone to get their taxes done at this Jackson Hewitt office.

Worthless, they did my taxes wrong and when I called to get them fixed the representative said call the attorney and if we did them wrong we will pay and hung up! They had no intention of trying to solve my issue, a waste of money!!!!

I have a complaint about service I had at your traverse city office. The preparer was not people friendly or really welcoming at all. She seemed annoyed that I had a paystub because I was having problems downloading my w-2, she barely asked questions that should have been asked. I looked at my papers on my own, she didnt go through and breakdown what was what on my return, I feel she did not do them correctly, I'm head of household, and I should of got credit for my rent. She gave me a serve card and told me to activate it, I tried and it was asking for an email, I don't use the email that I had last year I used for my return, so I did not understand why I had to confirm an email before anything. I went back to ask about the card and help, she said "oh they will probably send it on the card anyway" that was all the help she gave me! And the office had three signs up about advances on refunds, when I asked about that, she was rude about telling me it was over, when I asked why they still had the signs up cause that's why we asked and got confused, she raised her voice and said "that ended weeks ago, we don't do that" like I was incompetent or something. She didn't explain my fees good when I asked why so much. I use your tax business because I've never had an experience like this, and I used the advances before, she could of been more business explaining not like I needed to be scolded. Her name is Theresa Spence. The filing office is 19771. I tried to use your contact info and use your live chat. It does not work. I tried to find a way I could file a written email greivence, can't find a way for that either. If this nothing happens with this message I will call the 1800 number. And I have 2 pictures of the signs that offered the advances. I have to deal with places that still had to honor what was being advertised. Thank you. .
