The Chums location leaves much to be desired for service. Do not use this location. Stopped in for a top off. They left the cap off my coolant and it blew all over the engine was smoking stopped at O'Reillys to correct the problem. What has happened to customer service at this location. This also rhe manager who was busy talking to the lady in the doorway of the garage. Next time I guess I'll stand there with them, but not chums for sure.

Received an oil change here. I was told by their mechanic that the pan plug had been cross threaded by the last person to change my oil. He recommended that I get it looked at by a mechanic. I drove my car home and it was leaking like a sieve all over my driveway so I called my mechanic and they got it in the next day. The mechanic told me that the pan was missing a gasket and I had lost a quart of oil, hence the bad leak. So I had to pay for a new oil change the very next day due to J-lube forgetting to put the gasket back on. I emailed them (with receipts from my mechanic) asking for a refund, and never heard back.

Fast and friendly ? The price for an oil change was a bit high, but I had to do it . I wish they had more options for various premium oils. Still a good spot, definitely will return to have the next oil change done.

Jen and matt just saved my car!!! Always come here.. took it to a place in benzonia for my last one cause i was right there.. they didn’t tighten my oil filter. I went back a week later to have a top off cause my car alerted me my oil was low.. and they told me use a different oil if your burning oil.. i wasnt burning oil.. they just didnt tighten it

Lied to my face. Didn't ask for full synthetic and when they told me the price, i asked if they did a full synthetic oil change, they told me to my face no and when I got the receipt it was for full synthetic. Bad business. Don't come here.
