This was my very 1st visit to a Home Goods Store. I will never go back. I wanted to purchase a 2+ ft. lantern with glass sides. Upon arriving at the checkout I asked the cashier to wrap it as we were travelling. She stood there and said, “I don’t know how to do that.” I get that a sheet of paper at the cash would not fit around the lantern but I’m sure with some tape and more sheets of paper she could have figured out how to make it work. So after explaining again that I needed something around the lantern we are now both standing there. The cashier then asks me how she can do it, to which I reply any way you can or call someone that can help you. She continues to just stand so I started to wrap it myself and do her job. I don’t know if this was her 1st day on the job but problem solving & customer service were not her strong suits. She was not a teenager either but someone of age who should have been able to handle this. I gave it 1 star as the floor staff were great!

The place was huge. It was giving off bed bath and beyond vibes but with tj maxx prices. Lot of cheap stuff for very good looking things. Some stuff was not great but everything you need for Christmas or your home. First time and it was like amazing and awe for the wife and I. I would so recommend it to go take a look and see if you want or need anything

This was my first visit to a Home Goods store. My daughter was looking for a specific item and I couldn’t believe it when it was there. I was a little disappointed that she found it so quickly because I wanted to look at everything in the store since there were so many things to see with affordable prices! I plan to shop there alone soon. I will set aside a couple of hours to see everything.

Post Christmas shopping on the 27th of December. Store was in remarkably wonderful condition. Inventory was clearly shopped and seasonal goods not as plentiful as expected (seems they had a great a great Season). Manager in charge was on his game! Always a pleasure shopping here
