I am SO extremely disappointed. I am in the process of remodeling my home and I’ve been using this Home Depot exclusively for all my needs. Prior to this last transaction I’ve already spend thousands with this store, and this last transaction was over $3,100! I came in and order 55 boxes of Big Bear Oak Vinyl Plank Flooring. home Depot took $1,800 of mine four days ago but declined my order. I own a snow removal business and was ordering a plow and a plow mount and now I have to wait up to three more days to get my money back that I never even spent. between buying a furnace for $4,200 and ordering a $1,800 plow, you'd think they'd want to keep a customer. they have offered no compensation. I ordered during their Black Friday sale and now it's Cyber Monday and am getting screwed over big time. my business relies on this and they don't seem to care about a potential $5,000 to $20,000 spender per year there. I know the other local stores will gladly take the money. (if they ever give it back)

My friend needed a tool to set up the table set she bought. We went here for a drill. She bought a screwdriver drill and it didn't work for her purposes. Bummer. She bought a cloth tool box, too.

guess we're still doin this mask nonsense great if ur in the bizz of sellin em... the greeter said i could take a "free" one... hun, aint nothin free, lol. asked one of ur associates, who was starin at me, where staplers were, starin continued, albeit behind his mask, tho i'm sure he was mouth breathing found em on my own, went to the non cashier lane, where the friendly associate got lil too close for my comfort, glad i only come here once every six months now

So there store logo is how doers get the job done well at this home depshit nothing gets done! The store is a a mess all the time. Can never find a cart or flat bed cart to load lumber or I fact anything. Pre-ordered lumber on a Tuesday morning (@6am) it's Friday afternoon now They were suppose to get the load of lumber on Wednesday morning. Nobody calls you, nobody picks up the phone. On call attempt number 3 and holding for another 30+ min. I'm at the job site now so I can't leave and grab it because this terrible home depshit is horrible. I hate going to this location I only go because it's the closest one around and because my employer has an account with them through the pro department. Nothing pro/professional comes out of this location.

I used to love Home Depot and they got all my business.We even bought our kitchen from them. Two months ago they were not enforcing the mask law. I stopped my business.The other day I went there again, they are still serving maskless customers. There probably were 10% of the customers not wearing masks. I read the CEO was supporting this health and safety of it's customers, that is NOT the case in Traverse City. Menards is supporting the mask, a much healthier environment.

Flooring! Don't order carpet from Home Depot!!!So where to begin? Bottom line is the flooring crew is not helpful. We stood waiting for the only person to help us tonight on Black Friday until she was finished and as she finished she looked away from us and asked a lady 25 feet away how she could help her...We were standing there for 15 mins before the other customer and the associate clearly saw us. We talked with another associate who said we need to speak with a specialist cause she can't work the computer. When she try to find a specialist she kept referring to a man but then as we asked again she said the lady siting at the desk could help but we'd have to wait till she was finished once again....The helpful associate asked the rude associate when she'd be in tomorrow to help and she said after noon or we can call in the morning and speak with some man why we couldn't get help from the associate tonight is beyond me. Clearly we were a hassle to her and the other associate couldn't help at least she was willing and honest. I've left names out on purpose cause they know who they are and shame on the one who ignored us. Apparently our $2400 carpet order wasn't worth her time. We wanted to pay for the order and had a question before we did pay how hard isWhat a waste of our time. Think twice before you buy from Home Depot or at least maybe take a number so they can't ignore you when you need help...Maybe just go to Lowe's they are always more than happy to help. Very disappointed . And as a disabled Vet i just have to say it's really disappointing to be treated like a piece of dirt. So frustrating. Lowe's at least has a system to know who the Vets are at the cash register maybe Home Depot can learn more than manors from Lowe's. So frustrating!!!

I placed an order online at 11am, so I could pick it up before I work 2nd shift. As of 3pm, it hadn't been pulled. If I have time to wait here, I can shop myself. So I just wasted 15 minutes driving here for nothing since I have to come back tomorrow.

After purchasing a washer and dryer, the washer was installed incorrectly and sprayed water all over my laundry room. When I tried to contact Home Depot, it took several days before I could get someone on the phone to help me. The service desk people were not helpful and no one was ever available in the appliance department. I even tried to contact the manager but every time they transferred me, I somehow disconnected. I've had friends with similar issues. Now I know first hand.

An ongoing mess. We ordered and paid for a full set of kitchen appliances on April 17. Delivery and installation were scheduled for May 4. On May 4, our new Bosch dishwasher arrived with an enormous scrape down the front stainless panel. Damage was so obvious that the crew did not even take it off their truck. So delivery and installation for a replacement dishwasher was scheduled for May 18. On May 18, crew arrives with replacement dishwasher but they will not install it because "it's not on their order." We have receipt showing that we paid for installation as well as the installation kit and power cord. But we're told it's "not their problem". Dishwasher is left sitting in the middle of our kitchen. We track down the delivery subcontractor after crew leaves and they acknowledge their mistake. So now installation is scheduled for May 25. We ask delivery subcontractor to narrow their arrival window on May 25 because this will be the third day we've had to clear our schedules to wait for crew. They refuse this request. Simple purchase has turned into a huge hassle. We have reached out to Home Depot via 800 number and text and are still waiting for a call back from the Traverse City store manager. Update on situation. Impossible to reach anyone in store via telephone. Transferred to appliance department and put on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever picks up call. Went online and live chatted with Home Depot customer service. Online rep arranged refund of installation charge. New delivery crew installed dishwasher on May 25. Happy we have a dishwasher, unhappy it took three very frustrating weeks. Second update on July 4. Dishwasher was incorrectly mounted. It fell off brackets tonight and tipped completely forward out of recess. Dishwasher unusable.
