Honestly, I don't feel like getting into why I feel this way and in the end it worked out but I had to waste my day and was treated rudely when it was not my fault the new item I bought did not work. Will not ever be returning.

Very clean and staff came up and asked and gave great help with out being asked, it was very helpful I might not have asked. Turned out great for me was a fellow Vet god bless her . I love my country.

The reason it's only two stars is They give me free credit on a Citibank card and said it was approved.I open my mail and it's a bill for $37.00. They say now it's not approved. That's bad Public Relations.I don't think allot of business practice good PR now. Do it's really on the bank.

My boy Matt has its down pat. I shop in the afternoon a lot and I’m always building something. Matt is my cashier a few times a week and he always knows the answers to my questions and gets me on the right path to what I need.

As I approached customer service there was three people chatting, not working as one might assume. The young person put their phone away and started half-heartedly. She's then proceeded to make me say my name five times and spell it six times and not get it right. Then when we finally got through that I noticed Ashley at customer service was there no smile zero help. Just standing rudely and I was upset that two people could be doing nothing while three people were chatting 5 seconds before I showed up and they seemed plenty happy. But when I wanted them to do work they were very upset. Also told them as much. Because as the customer I want the person that I expect to do their job to do their job. That's how it works right to get paid. You got to do your job.

I mostly love this particular store because they have kids woodworking shops once a month. Our kids have been going there for years. Real fun, and they actually learn something.As far as buying stuff, I rarely do. It's way more expensive than Menards or Lowes. Hard to get help (which I know, everyone suffers from that nowadays). But still, things like plants/flowers, other garden goods are way more money. We stopped by to get some wire and accessories to hang outside lights, and our tally would have been $50. We left and got the same stuff down the road for literally half that.The location is great, so I can see that people shop there out of convenience.

I was 400 miles from home and in a bind with no tools. Milton in lumber went above and beyond to get some 6x6 blocks cut to exactly what I needed. Really saved the day…what a legend!!!

Store is pretty good. Lots of products to choose from. Prices are usually in line. I still think the help and knowledge you get from Menards is still better. Hopefully they keep improving.

Zero sense of urgency from employees. I had a leaking tub faucet and needed a new brand specific cartridge. I went to Home Depot website and it said they had two in stock. It showed a green check mark indicating 2 were in stock, the aisle and bay number. So I was like sweet, easy fix and I don’t have to wait for shipping, I can get this done today! I went to the store and it was not on the shelf. I went to customer service and waited in a line for 20 minutes before getting help. Other employees were just hanging out seemingly doing nothing. Finally another employee opened another station but let a man walk right up in front before everyone who’d been waiting. They sent me back to the aisle to meet someone. They scanned the sku and it said three were in stock. He said that doesn’t mean anything! He didn’t even try to look. Meanwhile my water is off at home and my family is waiting. I checked Lowe’s website and it said 3 in stock, i crossed my fingers sure enough 3 were on the shelf! I rarely write reviews but this ruined my day off!

No one knows how to do an online return except the manager. Took over 45 minutes with receipt. Passed to 3 different people. To pick up order it seems home Depot needs organization to find your item as this normally takes a good 30 minutes as well.

I purchased a Milwaukee track saw, batteries, and an additional guide rail. It’s taken 7 trips to the store, every time after receiving an email telling me my order was “complete” and to come pick it up. Every time the order was either partially complete, or they weren’t able to find the part at all. 7 times to wait in line for half an hour. I’ve spoken with store managers, they shrug their shoulders. The people at customer service (minus one lady who’s been very nice) are wholly worthless. “Nothing we can do” over and over again. I placed the order on 5-12 because I needed it this week (6-2). The last part finally came in on 6-1 damaged so badly it’s unusable. I’ve called, emailed, responded to surveys, and nothing back from management or corporate. They truly don’t care at all. I’m done with Home Depot. I’ll special order all my Milwaukee tools at the local Ace Hardware. Might take a little longer. But it won’t cost me 3-4 valuable hours of my time chasing Home Depot’s errors.

Literally the lousiest Home Depot experience I've ever had, and that's saying something. Pathetic. I won't waste my time at this store. Tried buying 6 items, no help, items didn't scan. I just walked out. Rule #1 of business. Collect money. Smh
