“From the moment we walked in the store, Zach gave us his full, friendly attention. Wanting to replace our 20-something year old Sleep Number, we had lots of questions. Zach was able to answer each one with knowledge and patience, as this company has come so far since our first purchase. We left the store happy, with four bags of accessories and the promise of delivery in a few short weeks.We drove 2 hours to talk to someone, and would gladly travel farther for Zach’s customer service. “Awesome as usual. Its a good job they have rest rooms, I lose hours in here!!!! I went in for Autumn stuff and came out with Christmas. The choice is amazing!!! I know its still stuff from China but it's alot better than the stuff from China in Walmart.
My only complaint is that I don't like the receipt set up. It's all numbers and no description....I find it difficult to organise what is what on the receipt when I get home.”
“Yesterday I was looking for a container of some kind to transport a hydrangea wreath I had made. After looking all over town with no results, I stopped at JoAnn's and was fortunate enough to have your receiving manager, Bethany, help me find a suitable container. She had to move a whole pile of boxed items to get to it, But was able to find exactly what I needed. Talk about customer service! Thank you Bethany!!!!!”
