Thrid shift lady called the cops on me for sitting in the parking lot for too long after purchasing items. Has happened on more than one occasion not making a good name for circle k.

Rude staff. Almost every time I’m in here. Michelle especially. I will avoid this place like the plague and encourage anyone I know to do the same. + Prices are terrible, I’ve seen a lot of expired food… This place could disappear and TC wouldn’t miss it

Always long lines with only 1 register open even though there is 3 or 4 employees behind the counter. The 1 person actually running a register usually finds it more important to continue conversations with her coworkers even with customers at her register checking out(constantly turning the other way to chat instead of paying attention to the customer and what she should be doing). Where has customer service gone?

I drive taxi in TC. Its 16° out and I happened on a 68 yr. old homeless veteran how sai0d he was freezing from the inside. I took him to this store for coffee and to warm up for a minute. When the clerk, Michelle, found out he was homeless, she became very rude to both of us. She screamed at me in the store, and then followed me to the parking lot screaming about how dare I bring homeless people into her store. (The man was a cash paying customer). I am now trespassed from this store for bringing a homeless person into her store and not letting him freeze to death on the street. Fine. I trespass myself from all Holiday stores. To be so bigoted against someone for being less fortunate to the point they will make a cash paying customer embarrassed, and totally humiliate someone for trying to do good is totally unacceptable. HOLIDAY is NOT in the position that I NEED THEM.

It was ok. Run of the mill gas station. Free air for your tires. Only place in the area open after 8pm so you can almost guarantee police will be hanging out. 3 or 4 cop cars is very common. Decent automotive section. Lots of fresh donuts, hence the police. Its right on the county line so you can expect to see leelanau county and grand traverse county sherries. Tribal police and state police will be lurking as well.

The manager is a jackass whenever he has to do anything having to do with his job! I wouldn't recommend shopping here
