Love that Haystacks is made and owned locally AND has cute clothes! The staff is amazing, so helpful and friendly. They showed me outfits and sizes that fit my own style. It’s very versatile clothing. Comfortable, can be dressed up or down. Today I left with an ADORABLE gray cardigan and the silky reversible pants in a floral print. The sweatpants and sweatshirts are super cute and not too casual.
There are some pricey things in the store. Worth it since they are high quality and classic and beautiful fabrics. Other things are very reasonably priced. Really nice cotton sweaters for $45. Sale skirts that are adorable for $25. Lots of other things too.

I LOVE HAYSTACKS CLOTHING!The downtown Traverse City store is my favorite one to shop at whenever I’m in town. Their reversible skirts are amazing and a great way to expand your wardrobe! Please put a store in the Orlando area soon!!

I inquired about making a gift certificate purchase for my wife’s Christmas present. After consulting with the local store I was directed to their website to make a gift card purchase. After making a generous gift card purchase for my wife as a Christmas gift she went to the local store in Traverse City to redeem the purchased gift card and was informed that the gift certificate was only good for online purchases. What a crappy business model. Last gift card purchase I will make from this establishment. What could have been advantageous for husbands who aren’t very adept at selecting clothing for females, they throw you a curve ball and the certificate is useless. I will patronize another store when making gift cards purchases for my wife. Again, what a stupid business model.

This is my favorite store I have ever been in. A lot of the product here is made in Michigan or USA. It’s all super cute for a one of a kind look. I always have a great experience here… The staff is very helpful and very friendly.

A beautiful, trendy (yet classic and fashionable) boutique with something for everyone! I've had the very best, friendly service here several times. This morning I called from the curb to pick up something I asked them to hold for me until this morning (when I would be in town) and asked if I could pay over the phone to avoid taking my two small children inside during covid. They were more than accommodating and walked it right out (wrapped) to my car. I can not tell you how much that made my day! I haven't had such a nice shopping experience in a long time. Going the distance and keeping my business!!! Top notch, and I will be back soon!!!

I am so impressed with Haystacks customer service! I ordered a few dresses, tanks and pants from their online store. Super awesome sale items! A couple pieces I had to return and get a different size, very speedy response time.
