Rob has packed and moved my household five times in 16 years, twice cross country (once he even drove the moving truck).
I have recommended him to many other people and all are totally pleased.

Huge thank you to Rob and his team for helping us ship our river oars back to Colorado through Saia (who also was great).
They said yes and found a way! Everything and everyone was prompt, easy to work with and a very quick delivery (all things considered). Rob at the Packaging Store shipped a piece of furniture across the country to me. Despite being packaged with great care, the item was damaged in transit. Rob coordinated the delivery and handled the insurance claim with the freight company, really going above and beyond to make sure things worked out well in the end. Excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend Handle With Care.

This place is great. I’m moving (which is so stressful!) and they’ve given me great tips/hacks for packing and loading (like telescoping the boxes to accommodate objects with weird shapes!! GAME-CHANGER!). The staff is so nice, informed, and accommodating. I can tell they’re committed to customer service, and making sure I get the best bang for my buck. When I asked them about packing some heavy sheet glass, they built me custom boxes because it was the best solution—and I never felt like I was being “upsold” something (which always leaves a bad taste in my mouth). They even suggested I leave my heavy cargo at the store for a few days till the moving truck could collect it so I wouldn’t be struggling with it by myself. These folks are fantastic! Moving is the worst, and I don’t wanna move again, but when I do, I won’t hesitate to come here for supplies and assistance. Thanks, Jesse & Rob!

This place is fantastic! The owner was really nice and very helpful. We dropped off a large set of antique china and multiple large boxes of family heirlooms and knick-knacks to be shipped across the country. We brought it in as a jumbled mess, but they organized it and packaged each piece and individually. They told us exactly what to expect for each phase of delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition; not one single chip! They really made an overwhelming job very easy. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing shipping services.

Rented a Uhaul through here and it was by far the best customer service and experience of all of many U-Haul rentals I’ve done throughout the country. Everything was clean and nothing was in need of repairs. Highly recommend doing a business here if you need either a Uhaul rental and/or any packaging supplies. I’d give 6 stars if they would let me.

My husband and I had a bunch of wall art we needed to ship out of state and to our dismay FedEx was unable to package it for us (unlike the FedEx we are used to back home). However, their employee recommended Handle with Care Packaging, which was just down the road. We called ahead to make sure they could help, and were given an estimate of how long it would take for them to package everything for us (we had a flight to catch this same afternoon). This estimation proved to be quite accurate! Rob, I believe, was the one who helped us. He took a look at the pieces and discussed their construction with us then built custom boxes to ship them in. He packaged them expertly, with great care, and with good speed. And it was all for a reasonable price! Highly recommend this business for all your packing needs! Excellent service!
