The design of the Hammond Storage Vault Complex assures no extreme weather event will harm our belongings. The crew and surveillance assures there will be no theft. The ease of making contact with the on-site staff makes transactions a dream. Moving is hard enough! Hammond Storage Vault gave us peace of mind. I wish I could say the same for our other storage unit.

Have had a rental unit here for almost three years. Always clean, always safe, always easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this location if you should need storage.

Very clean and very secure with high tech cameras installed mostly every where so it gives you a peaceful feeling that your items are safe.

I was assured a unit was mine, we spoke numerous times and scheduled a moving day - then they sold it out from under me. Three days before the move.Simply not trustworthy.

Nice storage unit, but I just rented from them for the first time today, and they failed to mention major construction going on right outside my unit - resulted in me having to carry a bunch of stuff quite a distance vs. being able to drive up. Pretty dissapointed no one said anything - especially when I'm paying over $300/mo...

A nice well oiled business! The staff at the desk provide friendly helpful service in the most expeditious way. The Storage business is highly competitive market and they provide state of the art secure storage at a reasonable price.

Nice people, however, make sure you read the fine print. Had moves between units without a hitch. When we finally got moved out on July 31 and notified on Aug 4 & 5, still auto payed on Aug 1. They have no way of refunding so we lost on one months rent that we were not there. Unfortunate!
