104 Mackey Dr, Traverse City“I was very impressed by the selection of guns that they had. The prices they had were or seemed fair. Two of the people that I spoke to were just awesome. When I come back, this spring from Iowa, I will be more than happy to stop at this place.”
“My wife and I visited Cliff's Rifle Shop for the 1st time today. We are in the area for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and decided to check out Cliff's Rifle Shop when we spotted the place. We got there about 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night and Cliff helped us. He was very nice and even though we showed up at the last minute he took the time to make sure I had all the right information for my project. The prices were very reasonable, especially in the current pandemic.”
“We only went there to get our fishing licenses for a day on the water. The staff were very friendly and answered most of our questions. Even recommended a local place to grab a bite.”
“Alright store. Lots of selection which is the big Plus. Workers are friendly but don't always have answers. Hopefully they make it since they are located in a dying mall.”
“I knew I wanted a nice sidelock side-by-side as I had seen in many of the classic sporting magazines, and that’s about all I knew. I talked to Bryan about my options, and he suggested that if I was investing as much as I am/was in a shotgun, a gun fitting couldn’t hurt. I was skeptical. After having a gun fitting with Bryan today, I’ll tell you that I can’t believe I hunted for 23 years (I’m 35) without one. He pre-fits the try-gun in store and then you head out to shoot metal plates nearby. As he refines your measurement, you can SEE the results. It’s amazing. He moves your natural pattern’s point of impact around as though you’re sighting in a rifle. And he’s fun! I’m so glad to have had this experience - I’m already trying to talk my friends into making a vacation out of his wing shooting school and then having them fitted next year. If you’re skeptical about gun fitting, so was I - DO IT! As Bryan explains things to you (in laymen’s terms and well thank God), it all makes sense. In closing, DO IT!”
