Gordon was an exceptional realtor and person. He was very attentive, always returned my calls promptly. He made next to nothing on the commission and still followed through on every aspect of the process. I would highly recommend his expertise to any prospective buyer or seller!

Gordon is a wonderful realtor to work with, from start to finish. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Gordon is professional, hard working, kind, and most of all has your best interest at heart. He always welcomed any questions or suggestions we had from the beginning until the end, and always responded in a timely matter. He made us feel at ease in the process and worked hard to ensure that any offers we received were the best for us, and would be free of flaws at the closing table. He did not just look for a quick sale, but rather a solid sale, and worked hard tirelessly to promote our property. He went above and beyond to do his research, answer any questions, and promote the sale of our home. He was always open to our ideas, opinions and was never anything but great to work with. We think of Gordon as a friend, and we highly recommend him!

Mr Hodges was fantastic, and I would highly recommend. I was living across the country at the time, I was going through a divorce so he had to coordinate between my ex wife (also living across country) and myself, and trying to sell my home in Interlochen. Needless to say it was difficult to do without having been to the house in a year and worried about trying to do this from so far away.Gordon took away all of the stress of selling the home. He made several trips to the house, helped out by noticing there was a gas smell in the basement from a small gas leak coming from one of the lines (by having the gas company come out to find the leak). He provided many showings of the house, and made sure the house presented with the best appearance. He also assisted with helping me recover my belongings which I had left behind in storage.To sum it up, Mr. Hodges went above and beyond in helping sell the home quickly and for the price I wanted to get from the sale. He is friendly, personable, and professional. If I ever needed a realtor in the area, I would go straight to him again without even looking at other realtors.

Gordon went above and beyond his job duties to help us find a home in Traverse City. Knowing we only had a week in TC, he made sure we had multiples viewings lined up each day. He quickly understood who we are as individuals and made sure to keep our needs in mind with each house which was helpful for once we were back in Alaska and only seeing houses virtually. Without his honesty and knowledge of the area and welcomed opinion of each house, we wouldn’t have felt comfortable buying a house from so far away. Highly recommend Gordon and Real Estate One.

We recently purchased a home in Traverse City with Gordon as our agent. We were originally referred to another realtor in the agency, and when that realtor was out of town he entrusted Gordon to help us. We are so glad he did. With very little inventory available and a competitive buyers market, Gordon was on top of it. He knew about listings before they even came on the market. He even negotiated an earlier possession date by helping the sellers look for a short term rental. We will not hesitate to work with Gordon again in the future. Thanks, Gordon!

In this town you can find a Realtor on every corner, but what you can’t find on every corner is a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares for a good outcome for his clients. Gordon helped us sell our home in Interlochen, and we were still able to turn around and buy a new house in Northern Michigan, even in this crazy housing market. He always had the answers to all of our questions, and always put our minds at ease. We hope we don’t have to purchase a new home again anytime soon, but if we do Gordon Hodges is the only name we would need!

Did his job as an agent but was during the entire process and past that extremely mysoginistic. Absolutely consistently made my wife feel lesser and less important, when in fact she's the financial expert in the family. But she was always talked down to. Does a good job as an agent. But treated my wife horribly.
