I came into the service department after my 2021 Explorer showed a wrench sign and was throwing 4 warnings on my dash. I walked in nervous to see what was wrong as many systems on my car were not operating. The front desk staff quickly got someone to look at my car, I explained I needed to get 2 hours south by the afternoon, they quickly were able to get me in and fix my car as safely and timely as they could since it was not safe to try and drive south to my ford dealer I purchased the vehicle at. The team was honest, worked hard to work with me to get me going in my vehicle safely and a timely matter.

I'm that grumpy old man that lives in the neighborhood and well into my '60s. I have dealt with a number of dealerships over the years. The service at Fox Grand Traverse Ford is the best I have seen in my entire life. They always fix what I need done, there are no games when it comes to warranty and they do the work the right way. The first time. Very happy on many different occasions!

The used ‘21 Tacoma that we purchased was reasonable priced but the detailers did a terrible job on polishing and prepping the vehicle. It was full of swirl marks, scratches from the rotary polishing tool that they used, and leftover wax in all of the panel seams and wax residue on many of the plastic trim pieces (that was very hard to remove). They also didn’t appear to spend time on the truck bed as this was not dressed at all. I had to spend a significant amount of time hand compounding and waxing the entire vehicle to fix the swirl marks. Some of the scratches couldn’t be rubbed out. I called the used car manager to mention that they need to train their prep people and I hoped he would offer some sort of option for remedy but the only offer was to help on the next purchase. However, I’m not too motivated to purchase another vehicle based on this experience.
