The entire group at Flees Enterprise Automotive was great. When a local dealership let me down, Joe and the team at Flees were there to pick up the pieces! They went above and beyond helping me with an engine replacement, getting me back on the road again when others couldn't. Fair pricing, great service, and great people! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Worst lack of service and nasty attitude I've ever experienced. First available appointment was two weeks out, but everyone is busy. Brought it in first thing in the morning on the appointment day and the girl at the counter ignored us while talking on a personal call. When she got off we explained that this is a business vehicle so please get it done quickly. Called a couple of days later since we hadn't heard anything, and they "hadn't gotten to it" but would "soon". Called two days later and she said it would be done "the first of next week". Called Monday and still nothing had been done. Called Thursday, on 11th day AFTER our appointment and rude girl said "nothing has been done, but we're really busy". (We never once received a call from them to give any update.) My husband then stopped to see the owner to see if anything could be done. The owner was immediately combative, SCREAMED at him and threw the keys at him. We will go to Sullivan Automotive with all of our commercial vehicles from now on.

Everyone here is very nice, personable and they know what they're doing and when it comes time to tell you whats going on with your vehicle they don't talk down to you as if your a rock unable to understand any kind of information and as a female it's extremely important to be spoken to with respect. If you do happen to know even the slightest bit about a vehicle what I had to say was not dismissed, I was heard and what I had to say was taken into consideration and that means alot.
