Like the products in the deli and person in deli very helpful. The cake decorator in bakery is very good. Will be back for bd cake later. Self checkout is very convenient. But some of the staff needs customer relations training.

I was disappointed in the meat selection. The one pound ground beef was completely gone from the refrigerated case. The only available was 3 pound logs in relatively fatty percentages. I'm probably spoiled by our large Hy Vee stores in the Kansas City area. Much greater selection. Family Fare in TC reminded me of the grocery store in the 3,000 person town in rural Kansas where my in-laws live.

Great discount on gas when you shop in store. Clean restroom. Still offer deals on snacks and sodas unlike some of the other gas stations in Northern Michigan.

great place! fast in and out and always have low price on gas. clean window washers and good fluids as well. very happy with service and ease of on and off the road.
