Scheduled a facial here while I was on vacation. 5 stars for Kailie! She was so sweet and did a great job on my 90 min facial. My skin felt so refreshed and renewed afterward. You could tell she was passionate about what she does and cared about me as a client. I thought the price was super reasonable for what I received. The booking system was also very easy and I was able to book online the night before. Online booking is very helpful when you are on vacation and plans are changing depending on weather. My only recommendation would be for the salon to update the branding. You can tell it’s a popular place with the older crowd. Updated logo, refreshing the waiting area with some paint or more modern decor could help this place attract some younger clientele. Also try partnering with a few local upscale/newer hotels and offering discounts could bring in more traveling clients for skincare treatments!

I am visiting Traverse City and wanted to get my hair done, so booked an appointment at Epiphany for 2:15 PM. I had plans later that evening, so needed to be out by 5:30 (which should have been plenty of time for my service). I checked in and was told that they were running 30-40 minutes late. I happily waited, however after an hour, checked again and was told that it would be a while, as she still needed to do a blowout on the client before me. I was told there would not be enough time, and was forced to cancel my appointment. I am disappointed by their lack of professionalism and customer service. I would have gladly rescheduled, however after waiting for over an hour with no estimate, I will not be returning. I am upset that I wasted my time sitting there while given no update on the situation whatsoever.

I had an amazing experience at this spa for my bachelorette get-ready day! The staff took such great care of me and my friends, making us feel incredibly special and pampered. We did the package with the massage, nails, pedicure, hair, and makeup, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every service was top-notch, and we all left feeling so relaxed and beautiful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, like hanging out with talented good friends. If I lived in this area, I would constantly frequent this spa. It was truly a fantastic girls' day!

My all-time for a long time salon and spa in Traverse City! I have mostly worked with Michelle for hair highlighting, cuts and ideas, and Karen for manicures and make up lessons. I highly recommend Epiphany Salon and Spa!
Stylist: Michelle for anything hair related, and Karen for nails and makeup lessons, are both great!

I scheduled with the salon online the day prior to my appointment. Never having been to this salon, but with being in town for a wedding and the convenience. The young woman who did my hair - she did a wonderful job. She was fast and listened. The price was reasonable. And yes - many compliments were given. The updo ended up being perfect. It didn’t look prom-ish or like something from the 80’s. It also withstood the rain and crazy high humidity. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Epiphany Downtown Salon & Spa! My daughter & I scheduled the Ultimate Retreat Package and were more than impressed. From the moment we walked in the door, every staff member was so welcoming and attentive, we felt extremely pampered all day. We brought a bottle of bubbly to enjoy during our mani/pedi's and the staff refrigerated it, then provided fancy glasses and even opened it for us when we were ready. They provided many professional services and a delicious, generous lunch as part of the package. We truly felt special and very well taken care of. Again, thank you to the excellent staff for a wonderful, memorable day; Callie, Karen, Kelley, Sommer, Michelle and Marēt. ?

I did not Enjoy my hot Stone massage with Kelly. She was extremely rough and 2 days later. I am still very sore from the massage. It was unlike any Stone massage. I had had in the past and do not recommend it.

Mudd always gives the best men's cuts to my 16 and 18 year old teenagers. They won't go anywhere else!
