Although we have moved to a Canadian fullfillment agency. We were over joyed to work with this company and the bright, polite and caring staff that helped us on our e-commerce journey. Wishing our friends all the best in Michigan.???

Beware of hidden fees. This company is filled with very polite associates who help you with many things. I was very concerned with their interface to self-manage my inventory. They have a lot of resources to get over this hump. They even have an estimator tool so I can estimate how much something will cost before I even do it. $400 to remove 160 units from Amazon FBA fulfillment centers and ship it back to another listing. Even if thats off by $200, I am satisfied. They were also very responsive. I advised them, multiple times, that I needed a 3PL solution and would like to try out an Amazon FBA removal to see how it goes. They were very happy and eager for me to sign up. I felt that I found the right 3PL and I placed the removal order for 160 units to send it to eFulfillment.Uh oh.They forgot to mention that they charge, minimum, 30 minutes of work. Which is $11.Amazon sends removal orders 2 units at a time (Sometimes more. Sometimes less.). That means...$880 just to have them receive 160 units. There is a whole other cost to have them store it and ship it.I let them know about it and they LOVE to rationalize this so they can charge you as much as possible. I particularly love the reason "Amazon sends units 2 at time so theres nothing we can do".I had no idea that charging the proper amount of units for 30 minutes of work was impossible.I could describe this to a 5 year old, and they would be the first to tell me its not a very good idea. eFulfillment, however, remains quiet until you sign up and they start to bill you.Thats when the rationalization starts so they can bill you as much as possible. They have existed for 17 years so I am sure they have perfected their scam tactics...No they claim they do not scam anyone. They have existed for 17 years so I am sure they "rationalize their hidden fees".Not only am I upset, this might be the worst service I have ever seen. Everyone should know that this is a one way ticket to bankruptcy.

Our client care specialist, Sara Hughes, at eFS was a pleasure to work with. She is always quick to take action, thorough in the info delivered, courteous and warm. Her customer service skills are top notch. Had the opportunity to also work with members of the warehouse staff responsible for handling our shipments and updating their progress; they too were reliable and courteous.

A dream to work with. It took ages for our invetory to arrive and EFS, Sarah and her team helped us through the process for almost 1 year and they are only charging us after the invetory has arrived, they cant be more fair! Highly recommended! You can stop shopping for a fulfillment partner, you found it.

2023 UPDATE: I'm bumping my review back up to 4 stars. eFulfillment has improved their services in the last 6-12 months, especially in the FBA prep department, which has a much faster turnaround time now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is their new reimbursement policy is quite poor/unfair, in my opinion. They will not reimburse for missing/lost inventory over an amount of $100 per item and $1,000 total in one year. Compare this to Amazon FBA, who will reimburse for any amount of lost/missing inventory.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been with eFulfillment for over 10 years. My small business has benefited from their service over the years. Unfortunately, I can't say I highly recommend eFulfillment anymore. To be honest, if I could switch easily today, I would. But it would be a huge logistical and technical headache to do so. If you're just shipping out orders from your website to customers and are a very small business, their service might be fine. But you can't trust them to get your Walmart/Amazon orders or FBA prep orders out on time. Occasionally individual orders take several days to ship out -- or in the case of Cyber Monday the last few years, up to a week to ship out -- which in 2019 is just unacceptable. They were quite innovative when they started, but they seem to have fallen behind and/or grown too quickly (taken on too many clients too quickly) as a company. (I think the latter is most likely.) I use them a lot to ship to Amazon FBA, and sometimes the prep department works like a well-oiled machine, but sometimes shipments take 2-3 weeks to prep and ship out (seemingly randomly). Right now, I have several Amazon prep orders that I submitted 11 days ago that have not shipped out yet. To sum it up, they are a good service in theory (with reasonable prices), but slow and unpredictable at random times -- two things that fulfillment service just can't be.

We've been working with EFS for several months, and we're absolutely thrilled. We've worked with other fulfillment companies and the service we had with those was awful. EFS is a breath of fresh air. Not a single piece of our inventory has ever gone missing, their charges are fair and accurate, and they've happily helped us through aspects of using a fulfillment warehouse that we were unfamiliar with. Could not be happier with EFS -- we know our business is in amazing hands with them! Many thanks to Taylor, Linda R, Linda S, and all of the other wonderful folks we've dealt with so far.

We've been with EFS for about four months now, and we're thrilled with the service. Their customer service folks are on the ball, and have helped us navigate the very unfamiliar world of selling merchandise (it's a new arm of our business). We tried another warehouse before this one, and the other one lost our merchandise, lied about it, over-charged and double-charged us and we had to fight to get our money back. NONE of these things happen with EFS, we know our merch is in great hands.

I have used eFulfillment for the last 9+ years to house and ship out my tea for my tea business. I choose them as they are located in Michigan so I knew my temperature sensitive tea would not get hot. They are also in the center of the country so the shipping would arrive quickly in whichever direction it needed to go.In setting up my website and coordinating the fulfillment to coordinate with the orders, it was very technical and I never could have figured it out on my own. Angela Davenport of eFulfillment spent so much time with me making sure everything was set up in just the right way. I asked her countless questions and she was always there, patiently ready to help. The customer service at eFulfillment is the very best and in todays world where good customer service is rare, it means a lot to me. eFulfillment feels like my family to the north and I recommend them more than any other fulfillment company. They are always fast to respond if I have questions.Sara Hughes has also been extremely helpful in answering questions quickly and giving me all the support I need.I highly recomend you choose eFulfillment for your product fulfillment needs. They are the absolute best!

I visited eFulfillment Service as I was looking for a fulfillment partner for my ecommerce business.Given cost constraints in getting my product to their warehouse, we were not able to work together. However, my experience with their team was top-notch. Very transparent in their cost structure and did everything they could to try to win my business, despite the challenging constraints.

We have only signed up with EFS Michigan 2 weeks ago but I already know its a 5 star company. The attention and responsiveness are fantastic. We are very happy having signed up with EFS for all our e-fulfilment needs. My experience is if things go well right of the bat, in most cases things go smoothly in the future as well.

They lie to you just to charge you more. I close my account and said it would take 10 business days. It has been 6 weeks and they are still charging me for storage fee. Terrible service.

I don't work with this company directly. But I am upset that my significant other has be charged every week after she closed her account and trying to get her things out of there. Will be getting a lawyer to look into this.

Our experience has been mixed. Decent customer service (but we are charged $80/month for that so it better be good I guess and not worth if you open one ticket a month, like we do) and storage fees are reasonable. But they get you at shipping to FBA. It costs roughly 20% (~$11/box) more to have eFulfillment Service apply the prepaid UPS shipping labels from Amazon and hand the goods over to UPS then what UPS charges us to ship the same box across the country and deliver it to Amazon's warehouse. The later has to account for labor, fuel etc.. so very hard to explain how it costs 20% more to pick the same box, apply a label and hand it to UPS driver. We are forced to have to look for an alternatives.
