They’re incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Everytime you walk in someone is there is assist you, you’ll never struggle trying to figure out where something is plus it’s locally owned by a great couple!

i visited this store solely to buy a bucket but i got more than i bargained for when i was met with the rudest team of employees i’ve ever met.
i simply waited 5 minutes for them to find a lid for a bucket (that i just paid for) and when i asked a simple question how much more longer it would be i was told to take a refund and leave if i can’t be patient. i then said i will wait but that wasn’t good enough for them i got called obnoxious by the manager (bald guy) who was angry he couldn’t find the lid he was looking for which is probably why he didn’t wanna deal with me waiting. i was in this store for 13 minutes just to buy a bucket with no lid and didn’t even leave with that. i was called names and told to never come back. DO NOT ATTEND TO THIS STORE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. would get less one star if possible

This is the worst store I have ever stepped foot in , The bald manager kept flirting with my 15-year-old daughter passing very rude remarks when she wasn’t interested
-Not to mention the extortionate prices
-staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend to absolutely anybody STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS “store” as possible - we have reported these shady “employees “

Everyone here is so helpful! I needed a trailer hitch pin and clip for my bike rack. The guys at the store here helped me find what I needed, and even let me take the pin outside to try it on my hitch to make sure it fit before I purchased. All of this took place 15 mins before they closed and everyone was still very happy to help. I will definitely come back here next time I have a hardware need!

So helpful when you have a question and there is always someone around to help if you can't seem to find what you need. The staff and owners are awesome and every time I go it feels like a small town hardware store, with knowledgeable staff and almost any part of tool for any diy or craft project you can do. 10 out of 10.

I've been there many times over the last ten years. It matters a lot who you get to help you. There is a tall, blonde woman who works there. I brought in a damaged screen. She put her fingers on the frame and told me the size I needed, accurate to a 32nd of an inch! I'm still telling people about that one. But there's also an old man with a ridiculous mustache. I had the misfortune of having him "help" me recently. I'd avoid that one.

I wish I could aleays shop here, but instead I do after I can't find it at the big box store, I do pay a little more here but I usually get pointed directly to the item I'm looking for, and I don't have to walk half a mile or scour the aisles to find a simple part. Save yourself some time and shop here if youve got the means to, or a company card

Manager was very rude. Refused to do refund even with a receipt and was a real j*** about it. Overpriced; when forced to buy something new they ‘forgot’ to give me a new receipt.

I brought in a custom key to be copied, and they were able to do it. They were swift and the key works perfect. The employees are super kind, and helpful!
