This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. I will never go again. STAY AWAY!!! I needed a prescription filled in a timely manner that I could pick up at the drive-thru because I can't walk due to the prescription that I need... 24 hours after the prescription was supposed to be filled... It still wasn't ready. When I called I was rudely told they don't have enough staff and the only way I could get it was to walk into the store and ask for it at the register at which point they would then expedite it. Completely unacceptable. Rude. When I asked a speech to a manager I was hung up on. They asked me if I would like to work in the pharmacy to help them. This place is a joke. All my prescriptions are being transferred. Do not use this business.

I don’t typically like to post negative comments. But my experience with the CVS on front Street has been terrible. Whenever I try to get through on the phone it takes me more than 15 minutes to even speak to a person when I do finally get a person they either hang up or are extremely rude, I just got finished trying to talk to the pharmacy about a medication that I need that I’ve been trying for a week to get, she responds with well We are just short staffed and proceeds to hang up on me. Very unprofessional

Perhaps picking up the fan in the front street window would help!

It's a corporate outlet so it's hard to expect people who work there to care. They epitomize that mindset. This is truly a 0 star place if that was an allowable score.

What a disappointment. Two of my children needed inhalers and cvs wouldn’t honor our insurance. Their solution was to just send them back. That night we almost took them to the emergency room from barely being able to breath through the night and not having the inhalers. The next day we got our prescriptions filled at Meier with zero issues. CVS you almost injured or worse you could have killed one of my children. Shame on you

Every time I try to call the pharmacy and need to talk to a pharmacist, they hang up on me. They also make it very difficult to send prescriptions to other pharmacies when they are out of stock--sending you around in circles.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are slow. Not open until 9, and most prescriptions take hours. So I patiently decide to come back later, only to find that they take a mid-afternoon lunch break. Got a prescription yesterday for one ten-day supply of a pull per day, and they mistakenly provided only one pill, not ten. I am trying to phone them about it, and have already been on hold for over half an hour. Horrible horrible horrible.

The young woman working the Traverse City drive thru 5.3.23 was absolutely the sweetest! I had to tell her how her smiles really brightened my day. Thank you for all you do during a time when I’m sure there are many frustrations.

i went to the pharmacy drive through yesterday to pick up a perception. Right off the bat the two women were very disrespectful. On top of that they were very unwilling and difficult to help me. Told i needed to call another pharmacy since they didn’t take my insurance, they continued to leave meijer on hold for 15 min then hung up, didn’t answer the next two calls after they left a voicemail. Then again today, didn’t help me out at all. Do not recommend going to CVS pharmacy, not only did i have a bad experience but meijer pharmacy also said they are never easy to work with or reliable. terrible customer service. 0/5 stars. i am very disappointed.

I have had pretty sad experiences with CVS. We are REQUIRED to use CVS, with UPS insurance. The last 2 times in a year I've had a UTI.The script was not available, but I was not contacted, I should of been hospitalized by the time I had it transferred to Rite Aid. This last experience was more pleasurable, Sally is a God sent. After I called, she realized they could not fill my script, she was very time sensitive in calling me back♡ I was having surgery that day and I was able to have the script transferred. Sally is certainly a person that cares❤ I appreciate her service. That's the ONLY reason there is a 5 star, Sally you rock!!!!!Thank,Karen Berger

From my observation, the pharmacy is a hostile work environment. It’s rare to see someone working there smile. The last time I picked up a prescription from the drive-thru; I was literally screamed at by the pharmacy tech because I questioned the cost of my medication. The pharmacist came to the window because the tech was screaming and refused to wait on me. The pharmacist said it had been a bad day because they were the only two working. I explained why I questioned the cost of my medication and she took the time to look into and answer my question. WhenI mentioned their hostile work environment, the pharmacist acknowledged it was true. She looked beaten up.
