The perfect example of a GREED - FLATION CORPORATION. The same items you can buy at Sam's Club ARE way less. Example:COSTCO: Premier Protein Shake, 30g Protein, Chocolate, 11 fl oz, 18 ct - $ 35.09 SAM'S: Premier Protein Shake, 30g Protein, Chocolate, 11 fl oz, 18 ct - $ 24.98. A 30% + HIGHER price for the same product. I have tested this with 10 other products and COSTCO is ALWAYS more expensive. I told the store manager about this and he brushed it off with a cocky laugh and a waive away hand gesture. POMPOUS

Not to impressed with an employee today. While getting gas I was confronted by an employee because I was sitting in the vehicle like I do at every single gas station across the state. I'm spending money at your store, leave me alone. Guess I'll get gas elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well. Not like it's that much cheaper. Mutual just up the road was 3 cents more. I'll spend that before I get harassed.

I do like the store and get value from the membership but *please* stop trying to sell me AT&T. They now have sales reps in the store who keep harassing people into switching their mobile plans to AT&T. I will *never* again have AT&T as my wireless provider. They are terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. Costco tarnishes its own image by trying to push an inferior service on its members. Please stop!

I love Costco, the products, and most of the employees are very pleasant. The big negative is at the checkout. Today I spent $1000. + and my merchandise was just kind of thrown in my cart for me to figure out when I got to my car. I had to beg them to get me a box, which was poorly used and the wine box I got for wine and alcohol was left only partly used with the rest of the packing to do myself in the rain/: I was tired when I left and it was raining and I had to box or bag myself/:Our Costco in Houston routinely does so much better than this with the check out process tho it still depends on the employee and is sometimes almost as bad as this time, tho sooooo rarely. More training in this department is needed and is the last impression. I am still feeling like I was very poorly served for the patronage and money I spend there. Perhaps I will be more insistent on being properly attended next time?

A nice place to stop. But I don't know why they bother having someone at the door to look at our membership card if they are going to make us show them again while in line at checkout. It's rude.
