Wish there was an option to leave zero stars. Our salesman was the owner BILL. We described exactly what we were looking for in a mattress and he suggested that this "particular one" would be perfect. $4,000 and 4 months later we have a mattress with a major dip in it. Warranty would not cover a replacement and BILL would not help us in any way. He acted as a true stereotypical salesman. Only about the dollars in his pocket. He sure knows how to tell you what you want to hear to make a buck. Slimey, condescending and will talk to you like your stupid. Dodge this bullet if you can.

Absolute worst place to buy furniture!! Bought a couch from there a little over a year ago and it's complete trash! Called them up, one guy says they might be able to give in store credit(sales guy) "trying to help" turns out after the call from BILL. The store manger he doesn't care and won't do anything unless something major is wrong with the couch. I'm sorry but after the money we spent on a couch and a year later it's falling apart, there is something clearly wrong with the couch!!! Long story short go anywhere but this place!

The manager was not friendly, not helpful. he did not greet us nor smile. He did not even tell us his name. We were the only customers in the store.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. When we went to this store we had been to a few others first, so I do feel I can really talk to the professionalism and also the way that they were so helpful without feeling pushy. We bought a new mattress and a new couch with ottoman. Not only did they have exactly the couch I was looking for (I was being picky), but I was able to order the exact color I wanted (matches my furniture) and the production time (couch) was also much less than other stores. These guys were so friendly, from the staff at the store to the delivery team- everyone was helpful and kind. They even took my old mattress and couch. I was worried my new couch wouldn’t be as comfortable as my previous one (which was 14 years old and perfectly worn in) but I have to say- it’s better. The difference in how it really makes the room pop was incredible too. Wish I had done this sooner! If you are shopping for home furniture we highly recommend these guys. Also, if anyone is interested… my dogs second this with both the mattress and couch purchase?. We are all VERY happy. Prices were also found to be reasonable, especially for the quality which is 10/10. Thank you Comfort Center!! Ps. They are family owned and you can tell, such a nice experience.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received when looking for a sectional. We needed it within in four days. Steven gave us a great deal and delivered it two days. We will definitely be a returning customer!

Rarely leave reviews, but couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service received here. Bill and his team make promises they keep! Purchased two recliners and a couch- the couch was squeaky so they had a replacement expediently delivered. The replacement also has issues, so Bill offered to have us come into the showroom and pick out a different sofa using the other as a credit. Had it delivered to our home two days following. 10/10

During the Covid pandemic we bought a queen size matress set, along with a leather sofa & chair. After delivery, we found the matress didn't measure up to the display in store. We spoke with owner and they replaced it free of charge with a more Serta plush queen matress. Problem is, they swapped it with purportedly another queen matress... we measured, and dimensions are 57" x 78", and nit 60"x 80". The explanation given by delivery staff is that "variations in size" happen. I guess QA/QC is lacking at Serta.

Excellent local retailer. Purchased a recliner. After delivery found a problem. The retailer offered a replacement in two weeks and delivered on the promise.I appreciate the honest prompt service. Would buy again.
