I am not sure who made this brilliant decision on ad placement, but your million dollar listing, plastered on top of the image of two homeless toddlers, featured in an article about Traverse City’s homelessness, speaks volumes! I am disheartened and a little sick to my stomach to see this.

We tried to sell FSBO but quickly realized we did not have the time and resources needed to accomplish a sale. We called Meagan Luce at Century 21 and within a week we had professional photos and property was listed. It sold the next day!

Lou Anne Ford is an Arrogant real estate agent, she is ok with be not being Ethical in her Real Estate business. Her sharp tongue does not help her. She needs to realize that people buying homes is expensive and personal choice. When a client becomes attached to her listing, she short hands the clients and with zero Remorse. If her name is on a house listing RUN.

I worked with Andrea Rothney and Megan Luce. They were both absolutely amazing! They helped me find a great little house in the country. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the market. I truly appreciate how quick they would respond to my questions or concerns. I bought a house for myself and as a surprise to my boyfriend at the time. They helped keep everything a secret and I was able to surprise him. Thanks to them, I now have a wedding to plan for :)! Best Realtors in the Grand Traverse area!
