Lisa took excellent care of us. I recently bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CC. The staff was polite and very informative on anything I had a question on. Seeing as I didn't know anything about diamonds or jewelry they were very thorough in explanation of how diamonds are graded and straight forward on what I should be looking for in a quality diamond no matter where I purchased it. That is what sold me on buying from them. I felt like I could trust them. A week after my fiancé accepted my proposal we noticed a small diamond had been misplaced. We called CC and they asked if we could bring it in that day. They made sure to replace the missing diamond and check all of the fittings on the remaining diamonds to make sure there wouldn't be any future problems free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
