My order came up as 5.99 on the screen, when I got to the window they tried to charge me 7.29. Seems there might be some embezzlement going on at the South airport location and Traverse City Michigan. I chose to go to a different fast food chainI'd advise staying clear of this location

From observation, understaffed still. Drive thru goes fast, kiosk goes ok, but try and order from the counter and you will see kiosks get their food before they take order. Sad.

It's burger king. Go in with the right expectations. My kids love that they still have a indoor playground. Main reason I go. Food is alright. They both love the kids meals. I usually get a whopper or some nuggets. They keep the place clean which is also nice.

It's a Burger King so we all know the food.What makes this location stand out is the cleanliness and remodeled dining area combined with great service. Every employee I've talked to has been friendly and welcoming. I enjoy visiting this location for lunch.The mobile app is very convenient and has great deals!

The male manager there needs some lessons on how to treat employeesin front of customers. Or better should be fired. I cant even believe a place would let their employees get treated the way this young man was. Totally gross and completely uncalled for. I guess what would I expect coming from Burger King.
