Just paid $11 for a wash. Please see my attached pictures. And, these were taken after they hand wiped the car after it was washed! I cancelled my unlimited subscription on my other car because of this experience. Please don’t waste your money at this car wash!

My first experience was paying over $100 for a detailing, my car was some what cleaner however my car inside was scratched in two places and the fabric was ripped on my seat, Im thinking from the vacuum caused this. I paid in full and tipped $30. My second experience was $50 including tip, inside my seat was soaked and spray cleaner was in several spots that was just foamed up when I got in. My entire back floor was not vacuumed at all. I had even asked “wow you already vacuumed”. I have no children and no one rides in the back but I could still tell it was in touched. Do it yourself is my recommendation, or spend an additional 30 min cleaning it up yourself. My car had been cleaned less than 6 weeks ago. Sad for the money and amount of ppl going there .

You need to come here!! At first from the outside it's not much & I was thinking am I going the right way towards the back entrance? I had a free coupon from JLube Oil Change so I decide to use. Impressed!! You drive in, the garage door closes behind you while your car gets a "prewash" from attendants, then you go through a normal (smaller than most) wash cycle, but at the end you pull up to more attendants wiping down the car before exiting. Wow!! I hope that their building becomes bigger in the future.....always past by this place thinking it was a party store-go figure

Extremely disappointed. I got my car underbody sprayed for rust two days ago, I was told not go get an underbody spray wash for 90 days and that I could get any basic washes without the spray. I just got my undercoated two days ago, I pulled up and asked for their most basic wash which is stated as $8 with no underbody spray on their sign. I started to go into the wash and checked the receipt, it said $11 silver wash so I stopped my car and rolled down my window and was yelled at by the guy spraying my car to get off my brakes and I asked him if the silver wash had an underbody spray he said yes and I told him I wanted the most basic wash and that i had just had my car undercarriage done and I couldn’t get the underbody spray done. He processed to tell me I’d be fine and to close my window. I got out the other side and again told them I wanted the most basic wash without the spray which they told me was no longer available unless I had a coupon. I told them I just got my car under coated and that spray could have just ruined it and all I was told was sorry. I will be contacting them if I find that my undercoat has been damaged.

Terrible. When I told him something was damaged in my truck he just blew it off and stopped communicating. Missed a spot with the special x. Didn't do my wheel faces like the package I purchased said they would. Then after I contacted him about the follow up appointment, that he should have contacted me about, he told me to be there at 8 in the morning. I took more time off work and he wasn't there and the other guy couldn't get in the shop so it was another waste of my time.
$1000 of frustration.
