My phone went crazy and my screen blacked out after taking pictures and video of the last big solar storm/Aurora borealis light show we had this past May. I stopped in to see them about repairing my phone. The guys here are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were transparent and honest. The repair was more expensive than the phone so I ended up going in a different direction BUT I appreciate them for their honesty and integrity. The store itself is clean, well organized and they have it all... I'll definitely go to them first when I need any type of battery.

Absolutely do NOT get your cracked screen repaired here!!! Got a new iPad screen for $150. Put it back in a protective case, with an additional adhesive screen protector, and after less than a week, a crack appeared without being dropped or anything. They must be using some VERY cheap low-quality glass, and probably not installing it correctly. Called them up and they will not back up their work. Get your screens repaired ANYWHERE but here!!!!!!

They may be good with phones but there battery stock is bad. I got 2 packs of batteries and they were way past there expire date. And also purchased a rechargeable battery and it was completely dead. Not even .001 on my voltmeter. I can get more voltage from my couch then what that battery had. Junk. This is all after several trips back and forth. Thanks for wasting my gas and time.

I had appointments for replacement batteries on 2 iPhones. Check in was efficient and the staff was very friendly. The phones were ready when I returned and everything appears to be in working order.

Best experience! They repaired a shattered screen on my iPhone 11 and a screen on an iPhone 12 that got shut in the trunk and shattered. It was so bad. I was ready to toss both phones. The staff was great. I scheduled ahead online, repair took less than an hour. I was so impressed and would recommend them to everyone!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I came in for a charging port fix after I was CERTAIN that it had gone bad. The staff was able to clean my port out and get my phone working in under 5 minutes free of charge! They could have easily charged me the 120 for the new port but didn’t! Highly recommend

If I could I wouldn't give any stars. This is the worst place to take your phone to get anything repaired. Wife took her phone for a simple fix. When the phone was returned to her , signal would cut in and out. Even if she is right next to a tower. The fix to her had no nothing to do with signal problem. Took it back to them to complain and they denied doing anything to harm the antenna. Worked fine before except the thing to fix.
