While some reviews have mentioned Chaseβs extra fees for services, that is no fault of the individual branch. So Chase policies aside, I really found the employees to be helpful.β

βI called today because I just bought a new car and got the car loan threw LMCU. I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do or how I was supposed to set up my account for payments. When I called today I talked to Kayla and she was the most helpful customer representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Not only did she answer every question I had but she walked me threw setting up my online banking and explained the proper ways of making my payments. (This is the first loan I've ever done so I felt blind) I am so grateful for your kindness and willingness to explain everything to me. Thank you!!!!!!β
βTop notch bank! Philip Moore AND Shana Kidd worked with me over 3 1/2 hours to assist me with bank fraud from another bank. I can't say enough good about them for reducing related stress. The fraud is still active. Everyone should lock their Transunion, Equifax and Experian credit agencies!!!β
βI personally donβt gain to much benefit from having an Independent Bank account, I just donβt utilize their rewards and benefits too often, but their staff is what keeps me around! They are all so nice all the time. Banking can be stressful from time to time and theyβve always helped me. Especially Tina, sheβs the best!β

βDevon took care of me today. I needed so many services (at least 4) and she handled all of them in less than 10 minutes - maybe less than five!! She is a star in my eyes!!β
βThe employees are very helpful, but the hours of the bank on the parkway really lack. Theyβre not open at all on weekends and close at 4:30 during the week. That does not give a lot of people time to get there before they close, including me.β

βMy wife and I had nothing but excellent experiences with honor bank. Today we went in to close our account because we're leaving the area, and our experience only confirmed their excellent customer service. Even when we were closing our account we were treated very nicely and professionally. Kent even offered our daughter a sucker.β

βI do not have a bank account at Huntington, but I had an issue with a land contract and a missing discharge of a mortgage attached to it. Found out the mortgage was with Huntington, spoke with an extremely professional and nice woman by the name of Jennifer lee, she was so helpful and nice and was very quick to get my problem all sorted out. I spent 4 weeks feeling like I wouldn't solve this issue, and jennifer had it completed in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Jennifer.β
βI needed $5 from my savings account and the bank teller HOOKED ME UP! I got my $5 in one dollar bill cash money, AND I received a free chocolate cream cheese donut for being a member with Huntington. ??Iβve been a member for 10+ years and they have always kept my money save and alert me when there is unusual money activity.β
βConfusing bank layout; did not know there was a front desk, because an advanced atm/kiosk greets you in the main lobby. My wife tells me the front desk is around the corner and is not intuitive to a bank, but I've never seen it. Using chase banks electronic deposit on their app now and love it.β
βToday I had to transfer funds from my savings account to another bank. I usually get a cashiers check then deposit in my other bank account. Ruth the teller suggested that I might want to get their app so I can transfer electronically. I didnβt want to make customers wait, but at the time there was no one waiting. She was so helpful and kind and didnβt rush me through it. I have always had wonderful service and the tellers are all very knowledgeable. I have been using 4Front since it was Members.

βWow! Cannot say enough about this bank and the outstanding customer service they provide. Jeff Davis helped us with a very difficult Identity theft issue, insured our funds were safe, helped us transfer all auto payments and just went over and above to ensure that we were okay. He then followed up the next week to make sure everything was fine. 5/3 is an outstanding organization. They have great products, easy to use online banking and bill pay, but beyond that, they really provide excellence in customer service. Highly recommend.β
