Definitely my go to source and will continue to so. Just today, they helped me get a heating element for my brother-in-law's oven! Had the part in stock, Thanksgiving dinner is saved! B and T literally saved us over $700 from having to purchase a new dryer. Plus we didn’t have to fiddle around ordering something on line that would take forever to get here only to be the wrong thing.
