We were considering downsizing our Airstream Classic and discovered online that Airstream of North Michigan had the exact trailer we were interested in! We spoke with Lisa and she was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and we negotiated a fair trade. Everyone there was professional, courteous, and helpful. We received the red carpet treatment and couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Lisa and her team. If we decide to get another trailer, we'd do business with them again, which says a lot considering we don't even live in Michigan! Highly recommend this family-owned business!

I had to have repairs done to my Airstream, and Nature and Me took care of the damage. I also had new awning shades added to both sides of my trailer at the same time along with new tires. The quality of workmanship was the best, truth be told. I think Nature and Me does better work on repairs than Airstream itself. I actually had Nature and Me repair the work that Airstream had done at the manufacturers site because they hadn't repaired it correctly. Nature and Me fixed what Airstream should have. After my repairs and service work, my wife and I went on a six week trip across the US to visit family and go to the WBCCI International rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The repair to the trailer couldn't be better, doesn't look like there was an accident at all, no leaks at the new window or replaced aluminum panels. The shades worked perfectly, the tires had no issues and were perfect. If the tires hadn't been mounted properly we'd have had issues on the road. Nature and Me has serviced my Airstream for the last seven year, since I moved to Michigan and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They repair and maintain my trailer from two points of view that are important to me. The first being safety, the second doing the work correctly and quality of work. I'm never disappointed. The always keep me informed as they do service or repairs and I'm never surprised when I pick up my Airstream, either by the quality of workmanship or the bill. I consider them the number one place to go for anything Airstream.

A thousand miles away from home…enjoying the Airstream in northern Michigan…until the shower water skips the gray tank! I emailed service and Ed promptly responded and offered to get me in the next business day. I dropped it off at 9 and his team went to work. Had me back on the road in no time! Sincere thank you to all the great folks at Airstream of Northern Michigan for getting us back on the road! Top notch!!

Helpful but not helpful. Nice and honest front office people but the repair shop lacks AS expertise. Ours was damaged in the repair shop and our requested repair was not fixed. Went to the Grand Rapids AS dealer to have it all taken care off.

0 stars!! Ed was supposed to be our service advisor. Zero communication. Zero returned phone calls. Zero work completed. Zero effort. Should have been easiest, most profitable repair. We have a warranty, they pay out top dollar and promptly, I know this because I had just used it, in a similar situation. I sent pictures, part numbers, and all info on warranty on 5/20/22. Understanding "everyone is busy" I let Ed with Nature & Me RV know that we were in the area for 2 months (Aug.1). I even stopped in to put a face to my name, I was told they were sending my request for service to "warranty" next week. Zero call. Today is 7/13/22 Zero call back. Zero request for service. Their loss, someone else's gain $$$$

The service department is excellent. Kim and his guys do great work and they take pride in what they do. They not only fixed the problems I brought it in for, but they cleaned/repaired other items that they noticed need servicing. They are very thorough, honest, friendly and helpful.

The service group at Nature and Me RV are professional, dedicated, and focused on getting the job done, at a terribly reasonable rate. They fixed a problem on our 1977 Argosy Minuet and then the next day paid extensive time and attention to a second issue. They were thoughtful, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I would return without hesitation. Particular thanks to Ed, Ed and Rob.

Lisa and Andy helped us purchase our Airstream Caravel 2020 FB and made it low stress, easy to finance and adjust last minute changes! Kim, Dan and the crew made the walk through meticulous and addressed all our concerns. I called Kim and he immediately helped me through a last minute problem. Family owned local and great service! I would never go any where else and hope to have a life time of traveling memories with their help and support. Thank you for great service!!

It started out great. Was ordering a camper cover last week Tuesday I think said it would be here by Thursday. Got a call Thursday saying it didn’t come in and would be here monday(today). Well today is Monday and now I’m being told my order got deleted and now the cover is on back order. Feeling so frustrated now I have to find another one

Just want to say thank you to your service department. In the middle of the COVID shutdown we had a problem with our RV. I spoke to a technician on the phone; I believe his name was Kim. Over the phone he walked me through what I needed to do to fix the issue. Outstanding service! Thank you.
