In the last year I’ve used Advance Motors to purchase 2 vehicles and a trailer! Purchasing items from auctions is a whole other can of worms but I’ve been so glad to have found Advance to assist in the process.
From answering simple questions from a first time buyer, arranging transportation for won lots, to processing paperwork and payment stuff quickly - Max, Eddy and Maria / every person I’ve spoken there with has been helpful, patient and informative. Thanks for all the great assistance and service!!!

Hired advance as an auto broker. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very helpful and informative. If your a newbie and need a broker I highly recommend you hire them and ask questions. 5 stars all day.

I made my second purchase at the copart auction, they provide a list of brokers, and not my first purchase, I had the misfortune of hiring AAA auto sales who took me 3 months to send my title and even charged me more fees when returning my deposit, with this bad experience, I was afraid to hire another broker, however, I decided to buy from copart again and chose Advance, Eddy, answered all my questions promptly via email and made me feel comfortable hiring them, I made the deposit, I made my purchase and from then on it was just joy, they answered all my questions quickly, they sent me the title within a month and my full deposit, I am very happy and satisfied with all the company's service, especially Eddy, I recommend and we will do business again.

Dmitriy has continued to take care of us after our initial purchase. We have extended family downstate who come up to buy from Advance Motors. He is honest and straightforward. Not your typical car salesman.

January 2024 I just bought a GMC Acadia loaded from Dmitriy. He had it ready 10 days early so I didn't have to rent a car. I saved $6000 over what I shopped at several local TC dealers! My nephew and his friends have bought several cars from him. All awesome transactions. Dmitriy is GREAT!!

You're probably reading this review because you heard about Dmitri's inventory of salvaged/rebuilt GMC/Chevrolet Full Size Vehicles.....Go for it. From my first phone call to the pickup at the airport he was professional and upfront. The Suburban was just as described. I am from Illinois so I flew out to meet him. He picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and then showed me his shop, after which I drove the vehicle home. He has an incredible shop with his name on the line. Alongside several of his family members, he works hard to earn your trust. His work is top notch and even the local dealership has noticed. I called the dealership to verify information and they could not say enough good things about Dmitri. Great guy and great business.

You can't bet on most cars...they have to do it for you but it's complicated...I deposited $1000 dollars approximately a year...never bought anything...because of the difficulty they have. What to bet on in your name...when I asked for the deposit they only returned $960, why? Hidden charges...card fee not good...I am not satisfied with this broker

It was my first time buying a vehicle from IAA they were very helpful. you’re able to call in the answer your questions no problem I would purchase a vehicle from them again.
