These guys are so awesome, we have a 16 explorer and the trans went. Dealer wanted $5900 to fix it. Gary and them did it for $2700 then after a year my torque converter went, Gary fixed it free of charged even tho it was outside of the warranty period, then a year later it happened again and wouldn't ya know Gary and the boys took care of me again. They went above and beyond even being short staffed and people out with injuries. I recommend them to anybody having trans problems!

It took a month after my appointment to do minor work and they still overfilled my transmission and they were rude. As I left they said I need ball joint lol it's incompetence. I also called after 2 and a half weeks and some loser told they'll get to it when they get to it.

What a great group of people to give my business to. Not many shops will walk you trough how your transmission failed and the parts that need to be replaced. Almost all repair shops now want to replace transmissions with a remanufactured or used transmission. In my case, the cause of transmission failure was external to the transmission. Simply replacing the transmission would have resulted in another failure and left me walking. Thank God for specialty shops.
