Called In to get a price (a 2 minute call) turned into a multi wasted minute call with no contact because of the absolute stupid automated answering system. What the heck people answer the phone save your customers alot of wasted time.

This place is a joke I would like to know why when you take a 4x8 trailer you get charged 34.49 and the next time you with a short box truck they charge you 68.66 and it had less then the trailer if I could give zero stars i would so the young girl said when my husband questioned the price they charge are 2yrds for a truck and 4x8 trailer was considered 1 yard what that makes no sense are truck bed is 4x6 so my husband ok so I would have used my trailer it would have been cheaper she said no what now this really makes no sense at all

Horrible customer service and they owe me a credit of one month they say they are going to give it but they end up forgetting all the time and they have missed my garbage can for weeks at a time and then blame the weather when it’s not that bad

Not good service.. trash never gets picked up...unless driver feels like it. Very sad ? for a trash company to do things like this.

You need to clean up the area around your land. Absolutely disgusting the litter you allow around your facility. Do better! Maybe recycle some of the plastic bags that you have stuck in our trees! You should be ashamed of your company

First time i went they charged me $60 for a trailer with a couple pieces of furniture. Second time they tried charging $200+ for the same trailer with a couple more pieces of furniture. The young lady who’s sitting there has no idea what shes doing.

Stop by today with 1000 lbs of trash in 12ft x 8ft trailer. A month ago went twice with same trailer. N charge me one free dump pass from mottville. Today young lady wanted to charge us $103 . So we left. Drove all the way to Elkhart dump n only cost us $26. SOMETHING wrong with how they determine how much you charge you.

They won't pick up weekly like stated. For a few months they have only picked up trash every other week. They won't pick up extra bags outside containers even though they are the cause.

Buyer beware - you get what you pay for with this company. Pickups are not consistent but they expect to be paid consistently. They are cheap for a reason - because the service is sub-par. We switched to republic and though we pay twice as much, the service is consistent. Pick ups happen when they're supposed to.
