First time using this place as an access point to pick up my mail and what a disaster. Honestly if I could leave a zero star review I would. Went to pick up an ups package that was in my name and they would not release it to me. Told me that I needed a code for release, (Amazon usually has this), which ups does not do to my knowledge nor does it state it anywhere on their site, also contacted ups myself and they told me that they don’t do codes. This happened two days in a row, after the first incident I contacted ups and the sender of the package and they both told me they don’t have any code to release packages. Obvious error on their end, but the man seemed to care less to resolve the issue. His go to solution was to send it back to ups and then have them redeliver it to my house instead when I was literally standing right next to it at the pharmacy. Yes I had ID proof that the package belonged to me. Said he called ups and and no one answered so he “left a voicemail”. Hmm… I called ups 3 mins afterwards spoke with someone and was able to to have them contact the pharmacy to have them give me my mail. Never ever open on time. Always opening 5-15 minutes late. From my experience just wait at least 5 minutes after their 9 a.m. open to show up. Very poor of a business to not be open when they state they’re open.

I switched to Three Rivers Pharmacy because employees of TR Walgreens are/were rude and unhelpful. Three Rivers Pharmacy will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and well take care of. I should have switched a long time ago considering my mother has used TR-Rx for three years now and she told me how helpful and nice everyone is there. The best part is that they deliver… for free!!

I'm not sure what happened. I went to pick up my prescription yesterday but when I went to pick it up they said I had to pay cash or wait for authorization from my insurance which I decided to do. Finally by the next afternoon I was told it was ready but they needed to know which local plan to bill so bring your insurance card. I drive back down to pick it up gave then the card and they started telling me the same thing they did earlier and something about some computer things that no one would understand. They just left me confused, less gas in my tank, no prescription, in pain, and angry. I went here for years but not again. Not after that!

We had to get a COVID test for summer camp and Three Rivers Pharmacy saved the day! We had first gone to Walgreens on Monday with promised results within 24-48 hours and after they totally dropped the ball and didn’t provide us with results by Wednesday (in fact they couldn’t even locate the test tracking information or any assistance whatsoever). We were freaking out that my 10 year old wasn’t going to have her test results to attend camp! Thank goodness for Three Rivers Pharmacy! We were able to get an actualperson to answer the phone, we were able to get in promptly for a rapid test and everyone was so helpful! Thank you for saving my daughter’s summer camp experience!
